Rupert's March Menu

                                                      
Hare Today, Gone Tomorrow Rupert gets a wide variety of meat proteins, organs, and greens.
This month's menu comes from Hare Today and Whole Foods.
Since I decided to feed a few days of each package then move on to the next it made prep much easier as all I needed to do was split up the organs in the amounts he needed per day.
I simply weighed them out, put on a cookie sheet to freeze, then put them into freezer bags, and labeled. I have a container that sits in my freezer that I keep all the organs in so it is easy to grab what I need from each bag.

Meat:
Beef Trim
Turkey Thigh Boneless Chunks
Pork Trim
Beef Stew meat
Green Tripe
Turkey Heart

Organs:
Chicken & Beef Liver
Beef Kidney

Meaty Bones & Bones:
Cut-up Whole Rabbit
Mutton Meaty Bone
Pork Ribs
Ox Tail
Chicken Feet (More of a Treat/Supplement-Glucosamine)
Thread Herring (More of a Treat/Supplement-Omega 3)
Chicken Necks
Chicken Backs
Duck Necks

Greens:
Dandelion
Celery
Arugula
Romaine Hearts
Zucchini
