Rupert's April Menu


Rupert gets a variety of foods every month to make sure he gets all his nutrients from his food. This month's menu is a mix between grinds and raw meaty bone pieces. His supplements will stay the same as last month. His meats are from Hare Today and from Whole foods when we go and stock our freezer from there this month.

Digestion plays a key role in health for the entire body. The gut is responsible for most of the immune system. Without proper digestion nutrients are lost from the food. If there is no healthy bacteria within the gut, there is no healthy digestion of the foods.
